MAV is now accepting NEW STUDENTS for S.Y. 2010-2011! Requirements: 1. Birth Certificate (photocopy) 2. 2 pcs. 1x1 colored I.D. picture 3. Report Card / Form 137 4. Medical Certificate (stating that the child is fit to go to school) 5.
